Garlic Herb Ricotta Meatballs [GF]
Jun 10, 2024A perfect dish for both meal prep or a comforting dinner. Bursting with flavors of basil, parsley, and oregano, these tender meatballs are elevated with a creamy ricotta cheese blend. Whether enjoyed on a bed of pasta for a hearty meal or served alongside a refreshing salad for a lighter option, this recipe offers versatility to suit any occasion. Prepare a batch ahead of time for easy weekday dinners or savor the simplicity of a freshly cooked meal bursting with Italian-inspired goodness!
I like to cook the meatballs in the oven but you can also cook them until brown on the stove top if you prefer. Baking them in the oven can be convenient since you can cook a large batch all at once, and it's generally hands-off once they're in the oven. On the other hand, cooking them on the stovetop can give you more control over the browning process and may be quicker if you're making a smaller batch. It really comes down to personal preference and what works best for your recipe and kitchen setup.
